Brunch package is available on Sundays only

Brunch includes open limited bar for one hour (Champagne cocktails and bloody Mary bar ONLY - cash bar will be available)

International fruit, cheese, and vegetable crudité display (Featuring dips, sliced breads, crackers, and breadsticks)

Champagne toast

Custom wedding cake served with coffee, decaf, and tea selections

Up to ten overnight rooms will be available for out of town guests (Based on availability at time of booking)

Stationed brunch selections:

Freshly baked breakfast breads, pastry, muffins and danish with butter
Country scrambled eggs
Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce
Bacon, sausage, and ham
Chef's home-fried potatoes
Chef-attended omelette and Belgian waffle station
Fluffy made-to-order omelettes with a variety of delicious fillings and toppings
Build-your-own Belgian waffle creation coupled with fruits and sweet trimmings

Carving stations (served with rolls, sauces, and all appropriate condiments); select two of the following:

Whole roasted tenderloin of beef
Sirloin of beef
Smoked country-baked ham
Roast tom turkey with cranberry compote
Baked Atlantic salmon

12.5% service fee and a 7.5% miscellaneous administrative charge (total of 20%) will be added to all menu prices. All applicable state and local taxes will be added to all taxable items. Prices and menu items are subject to change with 90 days notice to booked functions.
