Wedding Information
We Welcome you to envision your Wedding at the Hotel Northampton please take a few moments to look over our Spectacular wedding selections.
- A minimum of 135 people for wedding packages on Friday and Saturday nights.
(Intimate Wedding Packages for weddings between 50-120 guests - talk to our Wedding Sales Manager)
- A Non refundable deposit of $1500.00 is due with the signed contract in order to secure your wedding date.
- A second non refundable deposit of $1500.00 is due 6 months prior to your wedding date.
- 75% of your proposed wedding balance is due 3 months prior to your wedding date.
- Credit cards, personal checks and cash are accepted for all deposits. Deposits will be credited to your final bill. final Bill must be paid in advance 14 days prior to your wedding reception in the form of a Cashier Check. Credit cards and personal checks WILL NOT be accepted for the final payment.
- The Hotel Northampton requires a guaranteed count along with your entree splits, 14 days prior to your wedding.
- A Credit card authorization form must be completed and on file with Sales to cover any late charges, changes, or damage.
- Menu prices are subject to change but not to exceed 5% of the original package price.
- 12.5% service fee and a 5.5% miscellaneous administrative charge will be added to all menu prices. A 5% state sales tax will be added to all taxable items.
