The Hotel Northampton, built in 1927, is a proud member of Historic Hotels of America. We offer 106 elegantly furnished guestrooms and luxury suites, quality service, gracious hospitality, and attention to every detail. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. High-Speed Internet
The Hotel Northampton has both wired and wireless high-speed Internet access available throughout the hotel for all overnight guests and corporate business meetings. Ask the front desk representative for details. Gothic Gardens is exclusively wired internet service.

The hotel offers a 24-hour business center located in the main lobby for the convenience of our guests.
Dining
Historic Wiggins Tavern offers elegant fare in a charming colonial New England atmosphere. Open for dinner (excluding Mondays) and our famous Sunday brunch; voted Best in the Valley in the 2006 Valley Advocate Readers' Poll. The Coolidge Park Café, with its inviting seasonal garden terrace, also boasts a glass-enclosed atrium bar that lets diners enjoy the view of creative downtown Northampton. The Coolidge Park Café offers contemporary fare at competitive prices. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
Meetings, Weddings, and Functions
Six function areas, including the only true Grand Ballroom in the area and the authentically appointed Tavern Kitchen, accommodate groups from 2 to 250.
Room Service
Room service is available between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the rear of our building.
Check-In Time
Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. We accommodate early check-ins whenever possible.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We accommodate late check-outs whenever possible. Additional charges may apply.
Housekeeping
Daily maid service is offered. Extra towels, toiletries & infant amenities are also available upon request.
Valet Dry Cleaning
Articles received by 7:00 a.m. at the front desk will be delivered to guests on the same day, Monday through Friday.

Exercise Room
Our fully equipped exercise facility is located on the second floor annex across from Room 275. Available 24 hours a day with your guest key.

Machines are located on our first floor across from Room 175 and on the third floor next to the elevator.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Available in all overnight rooms at no cost. The hotel is not responsible for money or valuables left unattended in rooms.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your broweser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell any of your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your Payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Please follow proper cancellation policies as stated on your confirmation email or discussed at time of reservation.
Shipping Policy
Lost and found or items left behind will be mailed out USPS (unless otherwise requsted) and charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified by you the guest. Charges will varry depending on what items are being shipped, where they are being shipped and how they are being shipped.
Pets
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the hotel. Please inquire with our front desk staff for information on local kennels, or kindly leave pets at home. Exceptions are made for seeing eye and hearing dogs.
